This grant provides tools that will help students with their emotional regulation, improve attention and focus, and help teachers promote different learning styles. Teachers have observed an increase in these needs since the COVID-19 school closure. Many students struggle with the expectation to sit in standard classroom chairs and focus on academics for the full school day. This enables classrooms to encourage movement that is not distracting or disruptive to other students.
